As Ilocos Norte is currently reaching for the apex in its own mission to rise in success, a “Wen” attitude is adopted by the local community. “Wen” means “yes” in the Iluko language, and it encourages an attitude of saying “yes” to progress, “yes” to change, and “yes” to taking necessary risks in order to fully attain not only a sense of stability but also a continuous march towards development for the benefit of the current populace and the succeeding generations.

The Mariano Marcos State University aims to further establish its reputation as an active agent of change while being a symbol of growth through a myriad of viable projects and activities, one of which is the Wen Café located in the premises of its Science and Technology (S&T) Park and Expo Center.

Using green and gold as its primary hues, the coffee shop seeks to offer a spirited and refreshing, yet homey impression that will leave its clients ultimately wanting to come back for more… and even more.
