Welcome Home, Deaf

The Welcome Home Foundation, Inc. (WHFI) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization serving the deaf people of the Philippines. With facilities in the Visayas and Mindanao, we are supporting our deaf brothers and sisters in three main ways: education, ministry, and outreach.

We are on the forefront of education during the national transition to Filipino Sign Language (FSL); not only helping the deaf become skilled workers and students, but also assisting in the development of a stronger community and culture that the Filipino deaf can call their own.

While the deaf hear less, they do more... and so we welcome them into our hearts, and our home.
