Background of Chef Jun started at the age of 7 when he began cooking, standing on the stool to reach the stove while being taught by his Mom the Kapampangan style of cooking.
Along the way he started to explore different nationalities and their cuisines like Caribbean, Romanian, German, Mediterranean, Middle East and was exposed to a lot more.
In the mid 90's, he worked in a vegetarian restaurant at downtown Sacramento, California offering a wide variety of Vegetarian fusion style cooking.
