TMBUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY INC. treads an exemplary path in architecture, design and constructions since 1993. It began as a partnership though at the helm of the firm's operation was Architect Tadeo Fedelino Cuarteros Mangussad. The year 2002 was a full blown boom of construction for the company. Projects include commercial/ residential buildings, apartments, townhouses, condominiums, single detached houses, stores, restaurants, and food chains. The associates attributed it all to the passion and dedication of Architect Mangussad. Hence, the company was named after him in respect for his invaluable hard work for the success of the group. Thus the birth of TMBUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY INC. or more commonly known as TMBUILDERS INC.

Details:
TMBUILDERS INC. is composed of detail-oriented project managers. This characteristic is carried over with the teams that are being handled on a per project basis. Having comprehensive plans that guide us in executing excellent projects… either homes, offices, retail stores, learning institutions, commercial and residential buildings. We leave nothing to chance.

Quality:
TMBUILDERS INC. has been in the business of construction and design for the past 15 years. Each project to us is treated as if it is ours. It is as if we are building our own house, renovating our own office or store. A sense of self-ownership would mean we want only the best. Our teams are composed of skilled workers who have been with us for more than five years. We are also privileged to have workers who are trained and worked in international projects in Hong Kong and the Middle East. During the construction process, the principal architect and other associate architects take the role of quality Control Managers, constantly looking at how things are being done to ensure the highest quality possible.

Deadlines:
The Principal Architect and Associates head every team, ensuring that they are actively involved in the management of the project. Our management style is one of “hands on” being conscious of delivering the project in a timely manner. It is normal to see them in the job sites going over plans and supervising their workers from the start until the end of a project seeing to it that quality and efficiency is never compromised.

About the Principal Architect…


Architect Tadeo Fedelino Cuarteros Mangussad or Ted started as an Associate Architect in a well-known architectural firm. His main tasks were his foremost expertise such as architectural and interior designs, project management, on-site supervision of various residential and commercial projects. It was at this time he realized how much he loved seeing plans materialize into completed projects. He decided he could not remain an employee any longer than his sense of independence and passion for work would allow. Young, enthusiastic, and full of bright ideas, he was raising to take charge of his destiny and make more opportunity than he finds.

Armed with self-confidence and competence gained from his previous employment, he decided to lay the groundwork for his own business. Ted established his own design and construction company. With his uncompromising commitment to quality, distinctive designs and remarkable allure to the client's sensibilities, his company obtained good reputation and trustworthiness. Word-of-mouth advertising and referrals courtesy of clients who were satisfied with his performance paved the way for more projects in favor of his company. To date, Ted is the Principal Architect and President of TMBUILDERS INC.


About the Associate Architects and Engineers…

One team member of TM BUILDERS INC. whose skills are remarkably impeccable is Architect Eduardo “ED” Razonable. Having graduated at the Far Eastern University, he served as an apprentice in an Architectural firm in Quezon City. Two years later, he felt he was ready to move on to a greater responsibility and join the fiercely competitive arena of professionals. He was hired as a designer/renderer at TMBUILDERS INC. in 1997. His humble beginning was only a step towards the ladder of a bigger break and tougher responsibilities as a Project Manager. After several years of committed service, ED, has been equipped with skills, competence and self-confidence, owing it all to Arch. Ted and his on-the-job-site experiences. Ed is a detail-oriented and creative designer whose personalized approach makes clients comfortable and satisfied. An artist at heart, Ed uses his artistic talent with attention to detail and function to design and create beautiful one of a kind masterpiece.

Engineer Simeon T. Cocadiz, a licensed Structural Engineer is the head of the Structural Design Section, another team whose track record is exemplary in structural design and engineering. Engr. Cocadiz. expertise has already been tested and proven here in the Philippines and also abroad for more than three decades. He designs concrete and steel structures for high rise buildings, commercial buildings and industrial structures. As the Design Engineer, he had a reasonable experience in selecting the design approaches, basis of design and selection of the appropriate use of materials. He never gives up on any architectural design because his keen and imaginative mind can always come up with structural blueprint that can withstand static movement and dynamic loads, as well as the effects of changes in temperature and building vibrations. Engr. Cocadiz pays attention to the smallest detail and ensures to create structures with sound construction. His proportioning and design are based on international standards of structural design.


Engineer Amor C. Cruz, is the head of the Electrical Planning Section. He is both licensed as Assistant Electrical Engineer and Professional Electrical Engineer. He worked for an international company in Saipan but found fulfillment only in the Philippines. His broad experience in the field makes him the most reliable person in the electrical design for residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. Engr. Amor meticulously checks every detail and puts them into plan, and ensures stabilized and unfaltering flow of electricity for the convenience and safety of the client.


The electrical plans are brought to fulfillment by the team of Engineer Edmundo A. Saludez. As a licensed Electrical Engineer, he is the head of the Electrical Works. Engr. Saludez executes the electrical design and is responsible for the inspection and installation of electrical equipment/materials for the proposed project – residential, commercial or industrial construction it may be. He ensures the highest quality of work by personally supervising electrical construction activities as indicated in contract drawings, scheduling and testing and recommending design changes. His assignment includes the maintenance and safe operation of equipment by establishing safety measures and guidelines of operation for machineries and electrical equipment. He gained much of his experience abroad but opted to use his talent and ingenuity in the Philippines.
