The Wanderlust’s Haven is an industrial chic and cozy one-bedroom condominium unit at the heart of Baguio City. It is perfect for a couple, a family, a group of friends, or anyone who wants to be stylishly near everything at the City of Pines at an affordable price.

You will love that it’s a 4-minute walk to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, a 6-minute drive to Good Taste and Burnham Park, and an 11-minute drive to the place to be – the Session Road. If you want a place to rest your weary but happy feet and to relax and relive your wanderlust moments, then you want The Wanderlust’s Haven!

The Space

The Wanderlust’s Haven is all about location, style and budget!
It is conveniently-located and close to restaurants, shops and famous Baguio City landmarks. The building is in a peaceful neighbourhood.

It is a modern one-bedroom condominium unit equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with a pullout double-sized bed. The living room has 2 single-sized sofa beds with a pullout bed. The unit can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 persons in the bedroom but can be maxed out to 7 to 8 persons by utilizing our living room sofa beds.

The apartment reflects the owners’ love for anything travel-related, which is captured in the living room’s doodle wall. It is accentuated with colours to leave you with a relaxed and cheerful feeling, at a price much more affordable than the hotels next door.

Facts:
- Unlimited Wi-Fi and cable television are provided at no extra costs.
- The unit can host a maximum of 8 guests, depending on the guests’ comfort preference: 5 people in the bedroom (with 1 queen-sized bed + 1 pullout double-bed); and 3 people in the living room (with 2 single-sized sofa bed and 1 pullout single-bed).
- The unit is located on the 2nd level of a 7-storey building with no elevator – but no worries! Our unit is just beside the stairs and if needed, we can help you with the luggage.
- Since Baguio City is in an uneven terrain, the front part of the building is higher than the land at the back of the building. The road is flush with the 4th level of the building (i.e. , the parking level) so the unit is 2 levels lower than the road level.
- The toilet is separate from the shower room.

Getting Around

The Wanderlust’s Haven is conveniently-located. For example:

- Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto is a 4-minute walk from the building.

- A drive to either Good Taste or Burnham Park will take 6 minutes while a drive to the Session Road or SM City Baguio will take 11 minutes.

- Traveling without a private vehicle won’t be a problem as a taxi may be taken in front of the building. Taxi fare from the building to the City Proper and to the farthest Baguio tourist spot will cost approximately 50 to 100 Philippine Pesos, respectively.

- If you wish to do a cheaper kind of commute, you can take a jeepney going to the city proper and from there, all the other jeepney lines to reach the famous tourist spots are available. Jeepney fares range from 8 to 10 Philippine Pesos per ride.
