The Silk Residences Condominium - total land area for the project is 3,588 sq.m. There area 336 podium parking slots located in the 2nd to 5th floor. A unit owner is allowed to purchase one parking slot per unit bought. The maximum units per floor are 17 - giving more privacy and space to unit owners. Tower 1 consists of 522 with two passenger and one service elevators units while Tower 2 has 952 with 3 passenger and 1 service elevators.
