The District North Point 6.06

The District North Point will be the first retail development of Ayala Land, Inc. in the Negros. It is envisioned to cater to the needs of locals and tourists through a strong retail mix of fashion and dining concepts. It shall feature the best of local concepts and popular retail brands. The project will have a 2-story retail building, that will house a supermarket to address basic shopping and an outdoor retail strip for alfresco dining. The community center is part of Ayala’s integrated mixed use project with residential subdivisions and office development.
