property is enclose in a private wall and gate for security

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
-public transportation is easily accessible

-3-5 minutes walk from the house to the beach

-few minutes walk to the mountains for a better view of the area

GETTING AROUND:
Directions going to the house.

If you will be arriving at San Juan, La Union, tell the driver to drop you off at Se-bay. You will see a waiting shed and just walk straight ahead and turn right. Walk a few meters away and before going up the hill, look for a dark green gate at the right side. the name is Citrine House and the address is #243 Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union.

by the way, at the the waiting shed, you will see the tarpaulin of the Citrine House and the contact number. you can contact us right away.

Other Things to Note

if you are planning to stay, please Reserve 50% of the total amount at our bank account and the remaining 50% can be paid upon check out.

HOUSE RULES:
*strictly NO SMOKING and DRINKING inside the house; it is only allowed at the garden and backyard
*please return the keys to the host after checking out
*no pets allowed
*toiletries are not provided
