Systems Plus College Foundation is a Private, Non-Sectarian school in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. The Pioneering Years - SPCFOn June 27, 1985 at Santa Isabel Building in Balibago, Angeles City, five people came together and formed Systems Plus Inc. (SPI). The primary purpose of forming this organization was to conduct seminars for those who were planning to enter the electronic data processing as programmers, encoders and system analysts.Tutorial programs for students and professionals started at the institution in July 7, 1985. This date also served as the school's foundation day.In subsequent years, Systems Plus Inc. saw increased enrollment. In June 1987, the institution started offering associate courses and later on, bachelor's degree and graduate degree programs. The growth of the school has been outstanding. Recent times has seen it open four campuses in Cubao, Caloocan City, San Fernando and in Miranda, Angeles City.Surviving the AdversitiesIn the academic year 1990-1991, the enrollment figure went up to 1,215 but was greatly reduced to almost 50% in the next academic year as a result of the volcanic eruption of Mount Pinatubo on June 16, 1991 and also due to the departure of the United States Air Force from Clark Airbase. These two events negatively affected the economic situation in Angeles City.In June 1994, in preparation for a four-level educational institution, the name of the school was changed from Systems Plus Computer Institute, Inc. to Systems Plus Computer College (SPCC). As a result, SPCC became a complete educational institution consisting of the Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Secondary and Tertiary levels.By the year 1995, the economic and social situations in Angeles City had improved. The enrollment at SPCC recorded a gradual increase that resulted in the construction of the Elementary and the High School Buildings.
