Synergized Macro Solutions, Inc (SMS) is a trusted consulting, training, and auditing company with specific focus on internationally recognized management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 17025, SA 8000, TS 16949, TQM Awards, etc) and management control tools and other related areas (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5S, 8Ds, POKA-YOKE, etc). SMS performs audits of company’s management system to determine its implementation status, compliance to specified requirements and/ or readiness to audits by external parties. As subcontractor to a certification body, qualified SMS Auditors also conduct third party audits to the above international management system standards.

The SMS Core Team has varied expertise and hands-on experiences in setting up, implementing and auditing management system standards. The President and main Incorporator, Ms. Susan M. Soliven, leads the SMS Core Team. Ms Soliven has solid consulting, training and auditing experiences in varied industries and management system standards. She has conducted management systems audits (in different industry sectors) in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Taiwan. She has led more than 190 organizations in the country to successful certification to internationally recognized management system standards.

In addition to the In-house Consultants, SMS also maintains a pool of Consultants with excellent consulting, training and auditing skills.

To “walk its talk”, SMS has also established and implemented its own integrated Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Policy, compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
