3.) Do not order if you don’t intend to buy. Bogus buyer or joy reserver will be included in our infamous BOGUS BUYER ALBUM.
4.) Cancellations of orders will only be valid within 24 hours upon ordering, otherwise, see entry in no.3.

5.) Please SMS, Viber, Whatsapp, or PM me or comment “RESERVE/MINE/GET” on the comment box of the item if you are sure of your purchase. Take note that once you put “reserve,get or mine” on the item you want, it is already considered sold.

7.) PLEASE PAY YOUR BILL WITHIN 48 Hours.
8.) Delivery of your package will be anytime WITHIN 4 days once payment is made and confirmed by Sulit Avenue.
9.) We allow meet-up’s but only in Mc Donald’s BGC across St. Luke’s Hospital. Date and time will be from Monday to Friday during lunch breaks only.
10.) You may pick-up your item from our place in Marikina if you wish. Will send details as needed.
