As an institution dependent on charity, the Home is finding ways to be a good steward of its limited financial resources, so that needs of elderly people under its care may always be given priority. One of the crucial challenges that the home is experiencing at present is the high turnover of our willing and committed staff due of financial support. As it is quite difficult to come by people who love their work and have great patience for the elderly. However, because of the non existent to very minimal compensation our full time staff is lacking in the motivation to give longer service to the home as they also have personal needs to take care of.

In this light the Home would therefore asking for any assistance to be given to the elderly and to the staff to ensure continuity of service and encourage them to grow with us and better home for the development of their skills.
