Southville 1-B Lakeside Phase 4 Homeowners Assn. 2.81

We are families coming from the big city of Manila along the railways of Philippine National Railways (PNR) who were relocated in 2007.At first reluctant of being uprooted from our homes of more than 30 years, but with the proper management and guidance of National Housing Authority (NHA) and the support being given to us by the Local Government of Cabuyao we are now able to accept our new place and environment.We are trained by NHA to organized community oranizations and developed among us community leaders that never before we have done or experienced. With the trust given to us as leaders we are bound to uplift ourselves from being an informal settlers to a proud homeowners and thus having our Homeowners' Association registered with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
