Son-Gohan Onigirazu is a type of Japanese rice ball, or onigiri (sometimes also referred to as musubi or omusubi), but rather than a traditional shaped ball or a triangle, onigirazu is shaped similar to a flat rectangle, almost like a sandwich.

Onigirazu is wrapped on the outside with seaweed, just like a traditional onigiri, and includes rice with various fillings as well. However, onigirazu fillings are much less traditional than that of onigiri, and can be likened to Japanese style sandwich fillings. Essentially, onigirazu may be thought of as a hybrid Japanese rice ball sandwich.

Donburi (丼?, literally "bowl", also frequently abbreviated as "don", less commonly spelled "domburi") is a Japanese "rice bowl dish" consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice. Donburi meals are served in oversized rice bowls also called donburi. Donburi are sometimes called sweetened or savoury stews on rice. On the hand we're using a rectangular shape bowl.
