Silcafe is freshly roasted coffee from our family to yours. Perfect for brewed coffee and espresso coffee. Available in whole beans and grounds. These are coffee recipes that have been passed on to us from our parents. It represents our family’s 40 years of coffee experience and our commitment to supplying you quality.

We are a family run coffee business based in Silang, a temperate highland town located on the southeastern part of Cavite on the island of Luzon in the Philippines.

Our parents, Enrile and Evelyn Asuncion, started in the coffee industry in the 1970’s by trading coffee locally. By 1983 we exported green coffee worldwide and in 1996, we began roasting coffee. With over 40 years of coffee tradition brewing behind us, from the tree to the cup, we know quality coffee.

We source coffee from our own farms, directly from farmers and traders whom we have developed coffee relationships with since the 1970’s. These green coffee beans are then expertly roasted and blended to perfection to create coffee blends that capture the unique characteristics of each bean.
