Goal: To create a strong One United Football Club in Isabela that will compete in prestigious tournaments in Luzon and the Philippines.
Vision :
1.) To be highly recognized as a powerhouse of Football In Luzon and the Philippines.
2.) To be an official member Association in the Philippine Football Federation.

Mission :
1.) Strengthening ties and relationship with other footballers in Region 2 by doing tune-up games in Isabela, Cagayan Valley and other nearby provinces.
2.) Helping poor kids to excel in sports that can change their lives for the better.
