Vision : The Sangguniang Bayan intends to be at its premier professional level wherein the organization’s administrative and legislative processes are based on positive, progressive and unified cultures which advocate transparency, innovativeness and proficiency with the purpose of valuing our history, heritage and culture making it as ONE Mexico.

Mission : We aspire to institutionalize the administrative and legislative processes through a professionalize working environment composed of a diligent Sanggunian and a comprehensive workforce dedicated on each established unit that adheres transparency, innovativeness and proficiency with the intention of encouraging active people’s participation for a better public governance.
