Booking Procedure

Booking orders must be emailed to reservations@sanjuantreasures.com, or phoned in at 0977 485 6801. Booking Confirmation with Payment Options will be sent through email. A screenshot or copy of the payment transaction must be sent through email. Once payment transaction is received, receipt of payment will be issued.

Payment Options

1. FULL PAYMENT
Full payment must be deposited on or before the given pay-by date to the bank account provided below to secure a reservation. A screenshot or copy of the payment transaction must be sent through email. A receipt of payment will be issued once payment transaction is received.

2. 50% DOWN PAYMENT
Except for urgent bookings and holidays/long weekends, guests may choose to pay 50% upon arrival and deposit 50% on or before the given pay-by date to guarantee the reservation. A screenshot or copy of the payment transaction must be sent through email. A receipt of payment will be issued once payment transaction is received.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy / Shortened Stay Policy

100% – 7 days prior guest arrival / No show / shortened stay
30% – more than 8 days prior guest arrival

Check in/ Check Out

San Juan Treasure’s check in time is 2:00 pm, and check out time is 12 noon.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Early check-in is subject to availability. 50% of the Published Rate will be charged for check-in from 1:00am to 12:00nn. Late check-out up to 5:00pm is subject to availability and will be charged 50% of the Published Rate. After 5:00pm, full room rate will be charged.

Smoking Policy

San Juan Treasures Resort is a 100% non-smoking facility. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place, occupying guest will be charged for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, wallpaper and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.

Pet Policy

Service animals are allowed. Please advise when making a reservation if bringing a guide dog or service animal into the hotel so we may prepare for arrival accordingly.

Extra Person Fee

Room rates are listed for single / double occupancy, except for Family Lofts. Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge of per night, per person

Child Policy

A maximum of one (1) child age 12 and below per room can be accommodated free of charge. Requests for extra bed will be charged. Breakfast request will also be charged.

Minimum Age Requirements

All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at San Juan treasure. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 21 years of age or older. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 21 will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.

Swimming Pool and Beach

The 3-outdoor swimming pools and 1-covered pool are open from 6:00 am to 10:00PM daily. The beach is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Force Majeure

In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, the Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services.
