Access to Amenities like Swimming pool and Gym, Small Park at the lounge, free wifi in the entire building, has own LTE network 10mbps.

Very friendly admin and security staff who can guide you should you need food delivery or home service massage, without paying too much! Super privacy like it is your own home. You gotta try!

Interaction with Guests

I am online 24/7. Phone numbers are revealed once reservations are made as per Airbnb policy. For long term rentals, all bills are inclusive so no worries. Parking lot is limited so please advise in advance, and it can be included in the rent as well. Rest assured that you will be well taken care of while you stay with us, and very responsive 24/7.

For those who were asking me as to why it took a while for the review, it was rented for 8 months so I closed the booking dates. Thank you for your interest and hope to have you in my humble abode.

The Neighborhood

Tranquil, friendly, cooperative and Security Staff are extremely polite and very accommodating and trustworthy. You'll be at peace staying here as assistance are everywhere.

Getting around

About 100meters away from the highway and very accessible for cabs and public transport. Private car service is also available as an option. Car park can e rented through the admin. Very close to Cafés, restaurant and it's next a mall.

Password for the wifi will be provided once moved in.

House Rules:
No pets allowed. Guests with kids should be extra watchful due to the height of the area, especially on the balcony. Limited to allow 5 guests only, otherwise will be penalized by Admin.

Noise is strictly prohibited by admin so rest assured that the place is very tranquil. The wing were my place is located is mostly isolated as most of the owners live abroad.

It is required to unplug all devices every time when leaving the premises to avoid any short circuits that may occur and be charged for any damaged property/appliances.
