Rise Above Children's Library 3.42

Rise Above Children's Library is the first and only children's library in Cebu. It is our hope that the Children’s Library will become a center where young children will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to learn the basic reading, writing and counting skills.
We hope to bring education nearer to the less privileged.
