PROJECT BACKGROUND
Ridge Park Residences is nestled on a 2-hectare property that offers the comforts of a complete, peaceful, secure community with modern and cozy home and subdivision designs.
The project was made a reality in June 2012 and its two years of existence, it has now sold over 50% of its total inventories.
The name Ridge Park Residences was formed from the topography of the land that gently rolls down to a ridge then park because of the subdivision ambience; a park-like feel while residing and enjoying the amenities of pocket parks distributed around the subdivision boasting of providing more than forty percent open space and having no more than 60 residential units per hectare, thus ensuring the free and open feel of the location.
The project utilizes the naturally sloping terrain of the ridge to satisfy the investors with a grand view of the mountains and the West Philippine Sea therefore achieving our promise to provide investors and their guests a truly breathtaking experience--lush pine trees, the cool mountain breeze and flowing mountains, an experience distinctive only in Baguio City.
