It started as a private sanctuary to relieve stress owned by a local family from Valencia and they decided to build a pool around the stream to accommodate more family members. The public started to make use and enjoy the water which prompted the owners to open it officially for the people and to name it Red Rock Hot Spring. The newest and most sought out place for leisure and nature-tripping.

So much for fun and bonding with family and friends, RRHS is proud of the health benefits of hot springs known universally.

Throughout Europe and Japan, hot springs therapy is very much a part of routine medical care. Medical prescriptions are given by licensed doctors for the treatment of a wide range of conditions, and bathing in mineral waters as a part of preventative medicine is widely recognized and encouraged.

It is known that a tranquil hot spring soak provides relief from the pain of stressed muscles and tired joints. Thermal bathing increases blood circulation and cell oxygenation. The increase in blood flow also helps dissolve and eliminate toxins from the body.

Trace amounts of minerals such as carbon dioxide, sulfur, calcium, magnesium, and lithium are absorbed by the body and provide healing effects to various body organs and system. These healing effects can include stimulation of the immune system, leading to enhanced immunity; physical and mental relaxation; the production of endorphins; and normalized gland function.

The direct application of mineralized thermal waters, especially those containing sulfur, can have a therapeutic effect on diseases of the skin, including psoriasis, dermatitis, and others. Soaking in the hot springs allows minerals to pass through your skin and be absorbed and utilized by body cells. This can fight the effects and symptoms of fatigue, insomnia, edema, poor micro-circulation, repressed immune system, and even arthritis.

Notes to remember: Avoid wearing white- or light-colored clothes if you plan to use it to bathe in the pool. The pool water might cause permanent yet minimal staining.

The water is free-flowing and is drained every night to make sure it’s clean.

Regular entrance fee is at 25 pesos per head and 15 pesos per head for children 10 years of age and below. Entrance fee applies with or without the use of the swimming pool.

Other rates include 250 pesos per cottage, 100 pesos per table with umbrella and 50 pesos per regular table. We also have affordable food and cold drinks you can buy.
