House Rules:
1. Additional guest other than those declared in the reservation is not allowed
2. The use of the unit for purposes other than what was declared is not allowed
3. Strictly “No Smoking” and drinking of alcoholic beverages
4. Observe Silence in courtesy to the other unit owners
5. No pets allowed
6. Cooking is not allowed, except for rice & microwavable foods
7. Turn-off light, aircon/fan, water heater when not in use
8. Hanging of wet clothes inside the unit or balcony is not allowed
9. Dispose garbage daily into the Garbage Chute located at the left side of the hallway
10. The key should not be entrusted to anybody in the building. It should be surrendered to the unit owner only upon check-out.
11. Any damage to the property shall be charged to the guest at replacement cost.
