To meet the demands of the times, a botanic park and farm resort was conceptualized in 2008. An additional 5 hectares of land was acquired for the expansion of the farm. Urban planner and landscape architect Paulo Alcazaren did the master plan of Alfonso farm, now renamed Preziosa Botanic Park and Farm Resort.
In 2010, site development work was implemented. Basic infrastructure that includes a pavilion with four function rooms was constructed in 2012. Asian-themed villas (Japanese, Thai & Balinese) and a Mexican inspired staff house were put up.
The Preziosa Botanic Park and Farm Resort has: 2 jacuzzi pools; a camping area with a zip line, wall climbing and mini-amphitheater facilities; a propagation area for vegetables and ornamental plants, a chapel and a lagoon.
The serene and green surroundings and laid back atmosphere of the 16-hectare Preziosa Botanic Park and Farm Resort is a perfect venue for spiritual retreats, team building activities, corporate and family outings, and camping activities.
