Classes:

1. Powerhouse Power:
Build a SOLID foundation, get leaner and stronger, and perform better (if you play a sport). This class forges mastery of the basic lifts and movements. This is the BEST and ONLY class to start with, regardless of experience.

2. Powerhouse Cardio:
Moves through all the basic movements (squat, push, pull, deadlift, carry) in an intense interval format that guarantees improved cardio and fat loss. This is NOT for the unprepared. Rest is not part of the program.

3. Powerhouse Kettlebell Sport:
Focuses on mastery of the classic lifts (snatch, jerk, long cycle) to prepare for competition. Beginners will learn proper technique and biomechanics for optimal lifting. Intermediate and advanced lifters will be drilled on improving work capacity while maintaining consistency in technique.

4. Powerhouse Fat Loss:
Muscle is the body's fat burning machinery. Build more muscle and lose more fat with kettlebell intervals combined with bodyweight circuits.
