Phenomenon's goal is to raise Godly leaders in submission to People of Grace Fellowship's goal to make every believer a leader and every leader, a leader of leaders. We believe that our love for God and for people can be most shown by winning people and making disciples of all nations. This mission should start in our community, campuses, neighboring cities, provinces and countries and then to the whole world.
