The Peer Facilitating Program aims:
a. To promote peer mentoring and develop among Lacsonians a well-rounded personality;
b. To involve faculty, staff, students, interest groups and civic organizations in the peer mentoring activities of the university;
c. To conduct continuing education, through leadership training, campus tour, assisting our guidance staff and inter peer facilitating activity;
d. To develop students’ sense of responsibility, sensitivity, involvement and responsiveness in relation to the needs of the disadvantaged and marginalized members of the community through peer mentoring activities;
e. To be able to implement all the rules and regulations of this organization to all its members.
