Our Congregation started in France by an Assumptionist Father, Francis Picard, a man of great vision and faith who was aware of the need of a contemplative presence in the Assumption Family and in the Church together with Mother Isabelle,a woman of prayer and faith, they founded the Congregation on 8th December 1896.
