Options Studio Greenhills is the first to be located within a chiropractic setting, under the direction of Dr. Anton Cancio, a chiropractic sports physician. He specialises in treating musculoskeletal conditions ranging from sports injuries, child/adult scoliosis, spondylosis, slipped disc, neck and back pain from postural pain syndrome, and also in creating health programs for the general wellness clients. Dr. Cancio’s experience and knowledge of Pilates started in the late 1990’s and has seen the added benefits patients gain when Pilates is integrated into his treatment programs. By focusing on postural, core muscle strength, and total body fitness, Pilates helps patients maintain their spinal alignment for a longer period of time, and also have an overall increased sense of well-being.
