Living in a Difficult Rental MarketBeing based in the Silicon Valley, we know a thing or two about living in a difficult rental market. After our founders went through a painful, fragmented rental experience as first-time renters, they decided to take action.

Onerent 1.0

Onerent was founded in March of 2014 as a listing platform that helped facilitate the leasing process for college students but soon enough, the small team quickly realized there was an opportunity to become much more.

Traditional Property Management

After countless hours spent with owners and renters digging deep into the roots of the antiquated rental process, they began to notice deficiencies in the traditional property management model that could be remedied by implementing technology.
