Oeridian Training Solutions, Inc. formerly Call Center Academy of the Philippines (CCAP) is a combination of a training school for call center agents and a recruitment firm.

Oeridian was established early in 2008 as a response to the ever growing need for quality agents for the country’s expanding call center industry. The company takes pride in working to understand the business of our clients and suggest solutions that makes sense technically, economically and operationally.

Oeridian remains a small company to respond more quickly and offer more flexible service to its customers. As a training center, Oeridian Training Solutions trains and prepares interested individuals for their future jobs as call center agents. Our training aims to set the fundamental skills for all new aspiring agents. We conduct different modules of training to prepare the Customer Care Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls. This includes Accent Neutralization, Speech Training and Customer Service, American Geography and Culture, Time Zones and Client Specific Systems Training.

As a recruitment firm, the company has customized recruitment and executive search solutions for companies in all industries.
