Olivarez College-Tagaytay is a private non-sectarian educational institution conceived and established in the belief that providing educational opportunities for the masses is the best legacy one can offer to the Filipino nation and the world.

Olivarez College Tagaytay is one of the first educational institutions that is accredited by the Philippines Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) in the province of Cavite.

OCT is duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Technical Education and Skills Devenlopment Authority (TESDA).

Located in the sprawling and picturesque Olivarez Plaza, olivarez College-Tagaytay was established in 2003 with the vision of bringing quality tertiary education to the youth of Cavite and nearby provinces.
