As mandated by the R. A. 10644 or the Go Negosyo Act, the Negosyo Center aims to help promote and develop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within Cabuyao City.

The Negosyo Center Cabuyao City was established on August 4, 2017 to bring forth progress among entrepreneurs. As 99% of the Philippine economy, the MSMEs play a vital role in boosting the country. Therefore, the center will exert utmost efforts in aiding business owners within Cabuyao City and other nearby cities and municipalities.
