My Place Residence Hall 5.03

My Place is a dormitory built to accommodate up to 480 students. It offers dorm type air-conditioned rooms with a choice of two, four, or six occupants to a room. Furnished and equipped with ready beds and mattresses, clothes cabinets, three-way toilet and bath and sink with hot and cold water, refrigerator, telephone, TV with cable, and internet connection in every room.

Our dormitory also offers safety and security to students through the following features: CCTV (closed circuit TV) cameras in public areas, Ving card identification and access system, smoke detectors, water sprinkler and fire extinguisher in every room, as well as 100% generator power back-up and water supply.

On top of that, our residents can also avail of the following facilities at My Place: function/study rooms, a business center, room service, a gym, and three-level basement parking. Finally, we also have guest/Dorm Rooms for the parents of our residents as well as for visiting conference delegates, professors, and/or consultants.
