MMSU University Student Council 4.3

The Mariano Marcos State University - University Student Council (USC) is the umbrella organization and the highest governing body of all students enrolled in the various degree and non-degree programs for the University, student organizations and interest clubs duly recognized by the Office of the Student Services and Development (OSSD) of Mariano Marcos State University, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.

The USC aims to provide opportunities for students to display and develop their personal potentials, leadership abilities and techniques in social concerns.

Moreover, the USC serves as a link of students to the administration of the University. All students are governed by the rules and regulations as promulgated in the council's Constitution and By-Laws, and with the resolutions, ordinances, and memoranda duly deliberated by the office.
