Placing your orders by filling up the form means you are ready to commit in settling your purchase/s. Do not place your order if you are not willing to wait and pay in time. No order form, no reservation, no processing of orders.

NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Only products considered with defect can be exchanged. If you have received your order for more than 2 days, no returns are allowed. You can be rest assured, however, that all products are carefully checked and packed before being sent to you.

Settle payment within 2-3 days after you received a CONFIRMATION of your ORDER from me. If payment is not received within 2-3 days, ORDER is CONSIDER CANCELLED


PRE-ORDER

All items are Pre-order unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order cut off is on every 15th and 30th of each month. The lead-time for pre-ordered items usually takes about 3 weeks after the deadline.

For Pre-orders, you are required to pay 50% of the total amount and the remaining balance + shipping fee should be settled on or before the shipment arrives. You will be given 5 days to settle your remaining balance. Failure to pay within the given date, your orders will be available for others and your down payment will be forfeited which also serve as penalty for payment delinquency. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is paid. Please send us a private message/sms once payment is made.
