MCA Montessori School, founded in 1995 by Mary Ann C. Agdamag where the name of the school was derived from, is recognize as a leading institution in providing quality education to its students. The school continues to uphold its mission and vision as they reinvents itself from being a Montessori school to a Science-Based Curriculum offering an inquiry-based research and applications for their students. MCAMS undergo series of accreditations from the DepEd and became one of the few private schools affiliated with FAPE (Fund for Assistance to Private School). The school in collaboration with the Felta Multi-Media Inc., provide workshops and hands-on activities on the Science of Robotics to meet the competitive demand of the Digital Age.
