The Memorial School in the Town of Pandi, Bulacan named after ''The Father of Pandi,Bulacan''. He also served as Mayor of the Town.

Pandi got its independence 1946 through the effort of Mamerto C. Bernardo who was Mayor of Pandi's mother Town: Balagtas(Bigaa).
It was approved by Presidential Decree of Sergio P. Osmena Sr.

The school is a Public School with satellite branches in almost all of the Barrios of Pandi.
The school offers Elementary and High School. [The highschool branch is in the Barrio of Siling Bata].

The memorial school for Virginia Ramirez Cruz
[Virginia Bernardo Ramirez-Cruz] who donated the land for the school.

Virginia and Mamerto are second cousin as Bernardo family.
