HOTEL POLICY

RESERVATION
• Upon making a reservation, guest/s must provide a deposit at least 50% of the total room cost including taxes to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION
• Any cancellation received within 15 day/s prior to arrival will incur the 50% charge of the total room cost, 7 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Any cancellation received within 3 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel Policy).


CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:30 AM

Note: Late Check-out will be charge automatically


GUESTS STAY EXTENSION
• All requests for extensions of stay of 1 day or more must be advised at least 12 hours prior to your expected departure date to the management and are based solely on room availability.
