Mad Monkeys, a burger lab in the coastal town of San Juan, La Union, is the collaboration between four enterprising individuals who each wanted to add a little flavor and a lot of taste to the local cuisine. Like their burgers, they stand out in their own ways, but come together to form quite an appetizing and delicious team.

But unlike the over saturated menus in a typical restaurant, we choose to stick to a smaller selection and instead focus on simpler but bigger flavors. The creativity and care given to each burger is born from their passion to fulfill one simple, but meaningful purpose:

Our most popular burger, the "Classic", is known for its 200gm thickness accompanied by our own secret mix of the "Cheddar Beer Sauce" that deliciously wraps around the burger when combined.
But mouthwatering burgers aren’t the only thing we’re passionate about. We also help small town businesses by sourcing the freshest local ingredients and provide employment opportunities for the local community.

And whatever the season, days and nights are filled with good music (Jazz & The Blues!) and good vibes as local musicians and artists come together to create a little madness and fun that anyone can enjoy!
