History of 8C Dragon Food Services
8C- drives from 8 family members of Chan Family, in which Half Chinese and Filipino. Starting from my parents Peter and Carmelita Cortez Chan and my siblings: Dedith, Madelaine,Milady Gante, Christine, Michael Chan. And yours truly Chef Mich.

I took my Culinary Arts NC 1 at my Alma Mater Catfabs Manila trained by with our master Chef's Roberto Francisco, Roger Sumalpong, and Anton Gantioqui. Cooking and baking is passion and pursued my career with my own will and with the help of my one and only loved Tito Chris Cortez.

3rd Quarter of 2013 I started accepting small orders and till I served my own 2nd family at work my Google VXI - Net Lima. Not too many to mention my other catered event. Our Food is served fresh and hot with it's rich quality and taste in an affordable cost.

And this 2014, I am positive that I will be able to reach my goal for my small business.
