Luana Lifestyle and Leisure Hotel Inc. (LLLHI) was incorporated on May 31, 2012 with SEC reg. no. CS201210246. LLLHI business is to establish, maintain, operate and manage hotel, resort restaurant, and retail shops; to cater goods and other food commodities commonly served in such establishments.

2013 marks the full operation of LLLHI, with two hotel projects located at the heart of Boracay Island and Puerto Princesa Palawan. Luana hotel Palawan is expected to be operational by fourth quarter of 2015 and Luana hotel Boracay at the second quarter of 2016.

LLLHI plans to expand its operation in the near future. This is to provide the best leisure hotel experience to our clientele.
