Laoag Philippines Institute of Religion-NEW 3.46

LPIR started June of 1998 under Tony San Gabriel. The lot was purchased way back 1995. The continued effort in bringing more institute students to LPIR begun under Ruel C. Tabayocyoc, and even continues today with more offers to INSTITUTE STUDENTS.
