Its been years since the Filipinos learned to love and appreciate Japanese cuisine. To my surprise, most of the restaurants and buffet dining we have right now are mostly Japanese. Most of the photos of foods shared via Facebook or Instagram are also Japanese. True enough, Filipinos are going crazy and deeply in love with flavors of Japan.

I also love to try different kinds of Japanese foods even if we know how to cook them, well just to try and explore more, but I end up disappointed, saying, " Mas masarap pa ang luto nina Mama at Papa."

And so, with my deep love for my friends, who go crazy over expensive Japanese foods at low quality taste, I urged my family to finally start a business. My aim is not to earn money. My aim is to let you taste what authentic cuisine is. And hopefully, with God's grace, to have here in the Philippines, our restaurant in Japan managed by our clan.

Most of the recipes are really from my Dad (well maybe from our great great grandfather) , which were handed to my Mom then to us. We've made a very little modification not to alter the taste and quality, but to offer them at affordable prices.

I chose to make descriptions personal and honest, because I don't want to disappoint anyone with lies, just like what they did.
