Katsu is one of the many restaurants located in The Fort Strip, but it should be on everyones ‘go-to’ list. This one story restaurant provides an open air deck and a modern well-lit interior that will create the perfect ambiance for a wonderful dining experience. Katsu focuses mainly on Yakitori and Sushi Rolls for food, and Japanese influenced sake-based drinks. However, it still provides some of the best authentic Japanese eats. Their sizable number of Yakitori specialties include a variety of flavors like, chicken, seafood, and a special best-seller plate that includes everything from asparabacon maki, and things like Negima which is thighs and leeks, along with other grilled meats and veggies.
