Jamestown Subdivision is located in Brgy. San Roque of Talisay City, Cebu. It is situated at the borderline of Talisay City and Cebu City. It have 5 sections which are called Streets.

Jamestown Subdivision also have an interactive plaza, a place where major events of the subdivision is held. The Jamestown Plaza have a tennis court which is maintained by the Jamestown Tennis Club members, a basketball court, a multi-purpose stage and a chapel.
