Island Garden City of Samal 4.05

As an environmentalist / outdoor enthusiast, my goal is to preserve, conserve and even improve on the present state of the Island garden Cuty of Samal (IGACOS). The island is blest with beautiful white sand beaches, craggy, scenic cliffs and lush vegetation. My ultimate dream is to rejuvenate the deteriorated coral reefs and install pockets of fish havens for the benefit of both local residents and tourists.
