ISHRM School System 3.14

ISHRM is the only institution in the region committed to fully implement competency-based training (CBT) approach in its programs. This approach is learner-centered and teaches the student basic, common and core competencies needed in the industry. By combining CBT and higher education principles of teaching, an ISHRM graduate is more equipped with holistic skills ready to assume any position whether skills-oriented or supervisory and managerial in nature.

At the HRM department, students undergo assessment and national certification by the Philippine government through TESDA. These National Certificates or NC II are recognized even in other countries giving ISHRM graduates a big edge when applying for work here and abroad.
