HOUSE OF LASAGNA is an Italian-inspired restaurant which first opened in J. Abad Santos Street, Little Baguio, San Juan City on February 5, 2009. It was established by Chef Erick Congmon, a young and passionate chef who hails from the prominent Congmon clan of Cebu – owner of the Sunburst Fried Chicken restaurant chain in Visayas and Mindanao.

In April 2012, HoL’s Beef Lasagna was Rated #1 in the Top Ten List of Meat Lasagnas by Spot.ph: Your One-Stop Urban Lifestyle Guide to the Best of Manila. This recognition serves as an affirmation of Chef Erick’s dedication to provide his customers with really good food.
