HOPS: Health Outpatient Services - Talamban, Cebu 3.86

HOPS is a facility intended to deliver primary healthcare. Health needs that can be delivered on out patient basis including surgeries. The facility is located in the second largest barangay in the Cebu City, Talamban. We intend to be community based and build our low rise, low cost, low maintenance yet high impact centers with convenience, affordability and quality in mind. As such we can assure patients the best care at very low cost. Our LOOP (low out of pocket) program insures a low out of pocket cost for all procedures, even those not covered by philhealth such as aesthetic surgeries.

Primary healthcare, mainly preventive care includes primary prevention: the prevention of disease, education, vaccination. And secondary prevention: early detection and control of disease.

Our services include:
1. Outpatient clinics, pediatric and adult vaccinations, lectures and conferences
2. Pregnancy, Birthing, and Post-natal (mother) and Neonatal (newborn) care
3. Ambulatory surgery center, capable of day surgeries (removal of lumps, hernia surgery, neck and thyroid, and aesthetic surgery)
4. An automated laboratory
5. Radiology and ultrasound, abdominal, breast, thyroid, pelvic, transvaginal and prostatic
6. Pharmacy
